RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We want you to be incredibly happy with your purchase, therefore if you receive your jewelry and it's not what you expected or you're unhappy with it for ANY reason, you can return within 10 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please email email@example.com and ship the package back to the return address in its original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition. We will refund the item(s) as soon as it is recieved (excluding the shipping costs).
For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount. Sarvani Design's is not responsible for any item lost or damaged during transit.
Refunded credits do not include shipping costs.
Items that have been custom made cannot be returned. The same goes for items on sale, discounted items and international orders.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
If, for any reason, you would like to cancel an order, please notify me within 12 hours after you made the payment. Once your order is shipped, there are no possibilities to cancel anymore. In that case the normal return conditions apply as stated above.
Free Repairs: We aspire for excellence, however, in the event of a craftsmanship mishap on our behalf, we’ll repair or replace the damaged piece at no cost to you (besides shipping) within a year of purchase.
Paid repairs: Should your jewelry accidentally get dropped (if a gem or crystal breaks we may be able to find a creative way to save it) or if your jewelry gets swallowed by your dog, we will be happy to repair it for a small fee (when possible). Repair cost and time frame are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Earring replacement: Lost one half of your favorite pair? Single earrings are available for 50% of the pairs current retail value. (In some cases this may not be possible —it is dependent on material availability).
Jewelry purchased through any of my retailers must be returned to the store from which it was purchased and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy.
